Who we are?
HELFI PLASTICS LTD was established in 2001 as a manufacturing company with headquarters and place of business in Sofia.
The company is certified with BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015, BDS EN ISO 22000: 2006, BDS EN ISO 22002: 4, BDS EN ISO 14001: 2015 , BDS EN ISO 50001 : 2011 and fully meets all of their requirements.
The company is registered in BAHB with number 57751 since 03.02.2021
At the beginning of its existence, Helfi Plastics Ltd. manufactures and offers plastic trays for food applications. The main clients of this production are Kraft Foods Bulgaria AD and Nestle Bulgaria AD. Afterwards the company halts this production and focuses on the production of PET and polycarbonate bottles.
One of the first
Since mid-2008, Helfi Plastics Ltd. has production capacities for dispenser bottles (gallons). The company is the first, and currently the only producer of 19 liter polycarbonate water bottles in the country, as main customers are mineral water " Atlantik Divayn" EAD, "BK Gorna Banya" OOD, TPK BC Hisar, "Bulminwex - GB" EOOD, "Mineral Water Kom" EAD, Knjaz Milos- Natura DOO - Serbia , Pelisterka AD - Macedonia , etc. , as well as many mineral water distributors. Gallons are produced on a one-step injection stretch blow molding machines.
Equipment
They are being produced on Japanese one-step injection stretch blow molding machine NISSEI ASB - 50 MB and NISSEI ASB - 12 M and are intended for the production of PET bottles of small volume and non-standard design. Some of the machines were purchased with the help of Operational program "Development of the Competitiveness of Bulgarian Economy 2007 - 2013".
